 I estimate the average IQ of Chaves County in New Mexico might be almost 90. The fact that the county was three to one in favor of Trump in general election is proof of that. Newspaper man Juno Ogle provided us with more proof in the picture below featuring Stacy Wolkwitz. She threatened to have all RISD board members fired if they chose to continue enforcing the COVID masking requirement in school. Just like the dictator she voted for, Stacy wants to impeach the fairly elected members of the school board. The Spring River Luxury Apartment bankrupted many of the slumlords. Could not have happened to a nicer group of people!! If you follow the money, she is a landlord or property manager who may be getting wiped out financially. Not exactly someone who has the overall health of the city as a goal.  There is no doubt Nicodemus Miller voted for Joe Biden. Nick exploited the COVID "do not have to pay rent laws" not paying his $4500 monthly rental for almost two years. Nicky is a spoiled NYC guy with no sense of personal responsibility, ethics, or accountability. Either Nicky boy or his friend called the home owner's wife a Whore on national TV when home owner asked why they were throwing expensive parties and ordering multiple high end Flat Screen TVs. It is quite depressing listening to and reading about the excoriation Michael Palombo is having to endure for essentially speaking the truth regarding many Jews. Palombo's slumlord, I mean landlord, does have a somewhat exploitative history of not  properly maintaining his apartment units while at the same time elevating rent to unfair levels.  The Bible clearly states that the Jews should never occupy Palestine. This is God's will but is being openly defied!  Also did Callie Tremela and the owner of the coffee shop have some sort of lurid romantic tryst? She likes to put him down every chance she gets. The only fault I find with Michael is he should come clean with law abiding citizens of Albuquerque and admit his facebook account was NOT hacked and those were his words, although it is hard to believe a lucrative entrepreneur like him would be stupid enough to post anti semitic  tripe on social media. 

Attorney Nathaniel V. Thompkins did his best to sound like a competent ambulance chaser when he stated police officer had no "reasonable or probable" cause to pursue a reckless an out of control driver who was endangering every other motorist on the road. The police pursued vehicle hit another guy who retained the services of a not so  bright Santa Fe NM counselor who has horrible ratings and reviews online. His ignorant usage of probable underscores his illiteracy on legal terminology as the dollar signs are flashing in his Wife's eyes.  One can only hope that Rudy Vialpando drops him or Nate will get more of the injury settlement than Rudy! I feel soooo bad for NMSP Officer Emanuel Rodriguez for having to deal with this frivolous lawsuit initiated by an unprincipled man who worships the almighty dollar I would not recommend Mr. Thompkins, he does not fight/litigate for the best interests of his clients. So the addict and drug dealer played by Al Pacino sneaks into the hospital after visiting hours have ended, and makes friends with an artist/addict named Helen. She was trying to rehab, but was spending a lot of time with the affable addict who was still using and selling injectable addictive substances like heroin. The movie about Needle Park in NYC was a little too lax about the dangers of addiction featuring way too many scenes showing off Pacino's handsomely infectious smile. One scene involved a druggie burglar who bragged about putting toothpicks in Apartment door locks so the thief could hear the tenant entering, giving the substance abuser a chance to get away with stolen goods that would help him support his life threatening habit. From a Movie Review perspective, I wonder if book author James Mills intended for the film to have such a laid back and mellow message to young viewers who might be battling alcohol and drug dependency?  The EVERYTHING IS OK ideology work...

This is not really a rant because it it GREAT NEWS for southeastern New Mexico for towns like Carlsbad, Artesia, Hobbs and Roswell. They are becoming like little Odessas!  The picture you see below illustrates just how fast and crowded these small towns have become. Oilfield workers are paying a lot of money to rent high end properties in areas like the Sorrento Subdivision built up by the French Brothers based in Alamogordo. Some of their properties have increased in value over 30% The "LIBURTON"  white pickup 13023317 truck you see, USDOT 126693 Houston Texas is so damn busy drilling for oil and gas that they have not had time to repaint the Halliburton logo! I just wish those builders out of Alamogordo would build more worker housing that may not be that temporary. I think it was an article by David E. Jancey D. Quinitchette has played the role of professional victim quite well. Back in 2006 she claimed substandard section 8 code violations. Her fear of homelessness prevented her from going public regarding black mold she claims she found in Henderson rental property. More recently she accused sexy  Elise Digraffenreidt(attractive in her soccer uniform) of being a  slumlord in  Guilford County which the elderly and famous female TV judge saw right through! Jancey, a 54 year old black woman, lost court case to her 19 year old landlord where the court TV judge determined her unpaid rent should be paid back to landlord.

Everybody that has rented their domicile knows that the potential for a dispute with their landlord is quite high. A landlord wants you to make your monthly payment on time and does not really want to hassle with maintenance or repair requests. It is two forces acting in opposite directions. Your landlord wants to collect the rent without incurring additional costs and you want them to replace an air conditioning unit that has not been working properly for the last 6 months, fix dripping faucets, warn your next door neighbor for being too loud, fix or replace washing machines and dryers, etc.  These inevitable clashes often result in lawsuits where the tenant quickly discovers are time consuming, expensive, and a big hassle.
