 I estimate the average IQ of Chaves County in New Mexico might be almost 90. The fact that the county was three to one in favor of Trump in general election is proof of that. Newspaper man Juno Ogle provided us with more proof in the picture below featuring Stacy Wolkwitz. She threatened to have all RISD board members fired if they chose to continue enforcing the COVID masking requirement in school. Just like the dictator she voted for, Stacy wants to impeach the fairly elected members of the school board. The Spring River Luxury Apartment bankrupted many of the slumlords. Could not have happened to a nicer group of people!! If you follow the money, she is a landlord or property manager who may be getting wiped out financially.  The Internal Revenue Service in the United States of America apparently does not have the Information Technology human resources to immediately fix the "Get My Payment is Temporarily Offline" Issue/Problem/Gaffe. The IRS in NOT monitoring or preparing for new legislation. The Get My Payment link is down because the appropriate sense of urgency is not present in any government run entity. Charles Schwab is NEVER down because it knows that would tarnish their excellent reputation as respected financial services company.  Government IT workers have no such concern as that fat paycheck will continue to be issued whether the piece of crap Get My Payment site is working or not.  A true giver or philanthropist despises public recognition for his gifts and donations to a cause or charity. So it follows that David Chang who played that game on TV where one has to answer 15 questions to win a million USD, was in it just as much for his own fame as he was for trying to really help.  Mr Chang had already answered enough questions to guarantee $500,000 for low paid hospitality workers.  A digitally restored Charlie Chaplin silent film reminded one of the calamitous state of USA politics.  The scene was three guys stuck together in cabin located in Alaska Gold Rush Era. Two of the guys fighting over a gun managed to continuously point the rifle at the other guy. Three guesses on the higher up who symbolizes the gun pointing.  I am certain Scottish female Suzanne Kelly would be able to produce copious Trump bashing metaphors after viewing the silent comedy/drama.  Baltimore newspaper man Richard E. Vatz tries to remain neutral and objective, but finds that is impossible after enumerating multiple instances of our chief executives deranged mindset. I believe Richard soundly refutes the fools who believe COVID deaths are COMPLETELY our beloved leader's fault. 

Something has been bothering me for some time concerning the legal affairs of my parents.  We can start with a definition to make matters a little more clear: A probate lawyer is a state licensed attorney who "helps"  the executors and the beneficiaries of an estate to settle the affairs of the decedent including how much money and property is split up between quarreling heirs. . Back to what is pissing me off. Why do attorneys make so much money off of people dying? Real Estate agent Vivian Black has written thoughtfully about this controversial topic.  We have been stuck in Roswell,NM much longer than intended due to COVID and pressing family matters. Our time here makes us well aware of tending to the legal disposition of our aging parent's estate which almost always involves a probate attorney.  We naturally tried to acquaint ourselves with these legal fees not expecting the cost of retaining a probate lawyer to be even worse than the ridiculously high price...

Chiropractors spent many years repairing the image of being quacks, but a practitioner in Southeast NM is doing his level best to restore that image. I immediately researched the credential of this gentleman who masquerades as a Doctor, since so many have been caught practicing medicine without any supporting training or health care credentials.  In a desperate bid to round up some patients in Chaves County, Mr Hirstov posted a sign in front of his business saying "This is not Nazi Germany and we are not the Secret Police(Gestapo maybe)". He then goes on to say that wearing a mask is optional at his practice in OPEN DEFIANCE of Governor's orders. It actually may be good business move since there are so many ignorant country bumpkins flouting the face mask law there!
