 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public. I was going to apply for job in Roswell, but will find another place to live if the city has people who care so little for their fellow citizen...

My uncle was a firefighter in Colorado where some of the state's fire departments coordinate and run the July Fourth pyrotechnic shows. I believe the Salida Fire Department does a fantastic job of putting on a helluva entertaining fireworks show annually where Doug Bess in the man in charge. We drive through Roswell New Mexico coming from Midland, Texas when we are vacationing. The Holiday Inn Express provides a complimentary copy of their newspaper. The headline article recently indicated the widow of a Roswell Firefighter, who died in the line of duty, is filing a lawsuit against the city. The Roswell firemen were handling some fireworks located in an airport storage unit for last years Independence Day Extravaganza when a match lit and caused  fireworks shells to explode. This caused the remaining fireworks to explode seriously injuring  the widows husband who later succumbed to his injuries in Lubbock.  The widow, Reba Stroble, is suing the city for wrongful deat...

I thought of Steve Sailer as I almost struck a bicycle operator who had just run a 4 way stop sign near the cheerleader producing school in Corsicana, Texas.  I don't think it was cheerleader because I would have seen her muscular arse spilling out all over the bike seat and stopped to just to worship something I know I will never enjoy! In my youth, I NEVER knew a cheerleader who was not a screamer.  Some bicyclers have become traffic nuisances because of the many unfair laws that protect their right of way even if it means a 40 mph traveling car has to slow down for them or switch lanes abruptly which happens to be one of the most common causes of an injurious crash! The following comment sort of sums up all that I despise about the Bike owner mindset:  I am sympathetic to the cyclists. If they want to risk their lives to reduce carbon emissions, pollution and improve their health( while causing head on collisions and crashes for motorists trying to dodge them! ), ...

Dear Black Families who have been "defended" by L. Chris Stewart, an attorney for Rayshard Brooks' family, Stewart wins high dollar settlements for alleged police misconduct. Informed sources indicate his cut is around 30%, so let's say the esteemed Christian counselor wins 2 million dollars for the family of Rayshard in a wrongful death suit. This means the Howard University alumni banks a cool $600,000. Now that is some fat stacks, some dead Presidents, YO! Makes no difference there is video showing Rayshard drunk as a skunk resisting arrest, assaulting police officers, aiming Taser at Atlanta's finest. Your boy will cash in, but he better make it fast because Trump will bring in the Military to clean this nonsense up!  It may take a crowd full of protesters with toe tags in the morgue to get the point across before order is restored!!!! Attorney Nathaniel V. Thompkins did his best to sound like a competent ambulance chaser when he stated police officer had no "reasonable or probable" cause to pursue a reckless an out of control driver who was endangering every other motorist on the road. The police pursued vehicle hit another guy who retained the services of a not so  bright Santa Fe NM counselor who has horrible ratings and reviews online. His ignorant usage of probable underscores his illiteracy on legal terminology as the dollar signs are flashing in his Wife's eyes.  One can only hope that Rudy Vialpando drops him or Nate will get more of the injury settlement than Rudy! I feel soooo bad for NMSP Officer Emanuel Rodriguez for having to deal with this frivolous lawsuit initiated by an unprincipled man who worships the almighty dollar I would not recommend Mr. Thompkins, he does not fight/litigate for the best interests of his clients.
