The daughter of a Mayor turned  the wrong way on a major thoroughfare crashing into a motorcycle driver KILLING him. In the United States this would be vehicular homicide. The deadly event occurred in Southern Luzon. The Mayor of the Philippine community did not take responsibility for his daughter, who was driving without at license. A Radio investigative reporter type who goes by Idol brought the injustice to the public eye and even utilized the legal expertise of his lawyer son-in-law. No mention was made whether under-aged female assailant was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she killed the husband of a now bereft woman who is seeking justice via the high profile radio Pinoy Icon!  Simone Orendain wrote at length regarding the corruption so prevalent in this part of the island nation archipelago. 

I can remember when Associated Press writers were level headed and rational, but after reading article Michael BALSAMO I realize the media has shifted to a  dangerously liberal mindset. Mike, hook, line and sinker, believes the words of a murderer “You’re killing an innocent man”  in Terre Haute.  The murderer killed an entire family in Arkansas and they just now got around to killing the scum wasting tax payer dollars keeping a homicidal heartless man alive for way too many years.  Mr Balsamo, Lee died a much more humane death than the tightly knit family he slaughtered in Razorback Land. You tell me why it is wrong to kill him!!?? I imagine the worse thing that has ever happened to you is maybe a girl you liked was unwilling to accept your invitation to high school prom!! , 

Sarah Grossman was a little feisty and quite opinionated. Summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowing through the Jasmine in my mind December 13, 2019 was another ignominious day in the seat of Chaves County,NM whose economy hopelessly depends on state spending at a Military School and a dairy entity that is the most prolific mozzarella cheese manufacturer in the entire world. There is some accounting work done for booming petroleum industry in West Texas, but overall very few decent jobs. This seat is a North Side South Side divided town, with much of the gun violence happening in the southeast region of town much like its neighbor to the North Albuquerque. Miss Martinez, age 29, was gunned down by a felon boyfriend in the 200 block of east Deming which is just barely located in that crime-infested part of town. Chris Struges defends scum, like Markeda Rivera, who has spit on police officers, attempted to steal cars from Albuquerque dealership, ran over a group people in downtown area, shattered a 60 gallon aquarium, threatened a leasing agent at an apartment complex, and apparently tried to kill herself by laying down in traffic. I had no idea of the widespread prevalence of Gun Crafters or GunWorks in the great state of Texas until I stepped out of our vehicle at an extremely popular and HUGE roadside convenience store between San Antonio and Houston named Buc-ee's which appears to be named after a DAMN BEAVER. This ultra accommodating service center has more gas pumps than employees and more urinals than longhorn fans!!!!!  It's homemade sandwiches are better than Quiznos and very fairly priced. The vehicle you see below is a 4 by 4 Dodge truck purchased at Helfman Jeep by a Marine who happens to love guns. Just read a Reuter's article about a police chief near San Antonio getting shot to death during a traffic stop. The dead officer's name is Michael Pimentel  and he died of multiple gunshot wounds during a struggle with a motorist around noon in Elmendorf, a rural community of about 1,500 people just southeast of San Antonio, according to Bexar County Sheriff Susan Pamerleau. The shooter's name is Joshua Manuel Lopez, 24, who was taken into custody on charges of capital murder of a police officer. When Lopez was stopped, he was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant for graffiti. I feel for the young 24 year old tagger whose life could have been turned around, but now will either die of lethal injection or spend the rest of his years locked up with hardened convicts who have sex with any young man they desire in return for protection from prison gangs. Dennis  McGuire's grown up children filed a federal civil rights lawsuit claiming McGuire suffered needless pain and suffering during his execution. McGuire snorted and gasped many times during the half hour it took him to die in the Ohio execution. I wonder how many times McGuire's rape victim snorted, gasped, and writhed in pain after he stabbed her to death following a brutal rape? Anesthesiologist Dr. Kent Diveley certified that McGuire experienced true pain and suffering in the killing that certainly took longer than the executioners intended. I would be much more concerned if this had happened to a dog, cat, or horse during a trip to the veterinarian  than to this man who raped and slaughtered a pregnant woman. Clayton Lockett was convicted of first-degree murder, rape, kidnapping and robbery back in 1999. He shot teenager Stephanie Nieman and buried her alive in a shallow grave, where she eventually died. What kind of punishment does a guy like this deserve? The victim's family and loved ones probably have a very strong opinion on the manner in which he departed his earthly existence. Is he deserving of due process and even a humane painless death? I don't think so. His allegedly botched lethal injection death penalty where he squirmed in agony for 30 minutes before yielding to a heart attack was good news for many. At least one lowlife killer got what he deserved. Aren't we all tired of these cases where the rights of the murderers carry more weight and significance than the people who were slaughtered? Obama's White House denounced the execution as being beyond human standards. OH MY GOD! What about the humanity of Stephanie Nieman being raped and buried alive?...
