Trucking Company defying zoning ordinance
Virginia attorney Paul M. Mahoney specializes in Zoning Litigation. The highly experienced counselor claims that pending zoning lawsuits are often resolved before case is brought before a magistrate.
Roswell NM resident Neil Binderman is livid that a trucking company illegally operating in area which is zoned Agricultural/Residential. Moreover, the county Board of Commissioners has previously ordered NG Trucking to move their business OUT way back in 2015!!! Maybe Mahoney could be of service in this case which appears to be an easy win.
Binderman's family are rudely awakened around 5:30 am every single day by multiple trucks lumbering out of the business!! The district attorney also took no action over the obvious zoning violation. Roswell is a crooked little town with some of the people in power looking out for their friends or family.
It has been ignored long enough and Binderman plans on taking it to state supreme court if enforcers of the city code continue to sit on their dead elected asses! The owners of the trucking company, not giving a damn about the disruption they cause in a RESIDENTIAL AREA, requested at re-zoning which was DENIED.
Norma Campa argues that they pay taxes and employ a lot of people which is a poor argument. I don't think the Chaves County Planning and Zoning Commission wants to be told by the High Court that they are inept in their function of enforcing the law.
