I had no idea of the widespread prevalence of Gun Crafters or GunWorks in the great state of Texas until I stepped out of our vehicle at an extremely popular and HUGE roadside convenience store between San Antonio and Houston named Buc-ee's which appears to be named after a DAMN BEAVER. This ultra accommodating service center has more gas pumps than employees and more urinals than longhorn fans!!!!!  It's homemade sandwiches are better than Quiznos and very fairly priced. The vehicle you see below is a 4 by 4 Dodge truck purchased at Helfman Jeep by a Marine who happens to love guns. What common experience does Cattle Barons Restaurant and Roswell Escrow Services(RES) share? I won't keep you in suspense. The were both victims of crooked, cheating husband wife teams. The dynamic duo Christopher Adam Jensen-Tanner and Mindy Jensen-Tanner, who were joint owners of RES, appear to be ripping off around 800 people who entrusted RES with remitting their  property tax  payments to Chaves County.  Chaves County Treasurer Charlotte Andrade said that these 800 accounts  still had to pay up on their December 10th tax bill. This means that if RES does not uphold its fiduciary capacity(steals their clients payments made in good faith), then clients will be DOUBLE PAYING their biannual(every 6 months) property tax payments!!!  Andrade is just doing her job of collecting the RISD funding tax money, BUT there are still a lot of pissed of people in the often crooked Alien City.

This is not really a rant because it it GREAT NEWS for southeastern New Mexico for towns like Carlsbad, Artesia, Hobbs and Roswell. They are becoming like little Odessas!  The picture you see below illustrates just how fast and crowded these small towns have become. Oilfield workers are paying a lot of money to rent high end properties in areas like the Sorrento Subdivision built up by the French Brothers based in Alamogordo. Some of their properties have increased in value over 30% The "LIBURTON"  white pickup 13023317 truck you see, USDOT 126693 Houston Texas is so damn busy drilling for oil and gas that they have not had time to repaint the Halliburton logo! We keep getting loan offers based on our current lender's desperate desire to profit from a high interest rate home equity loan. We took out a 4% 30 year mortgage from Pioneer Bank in Hobbs, New Mexico USA around 10 years ago. We never were late on a payment AND they decided to abandon our mortgage, apparently, because we would never apply for a home equity loan from them! We had built up about 40 thousand dollars in equity and they wanted to screw us with a 5% loan for home improvement projects which we DID NOT NEED . We ignored all their snail mail solicitations and they abruptly DROPPED OUR loan by transferring it to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC. This outfit was in Pennsylvania.....maybe Philadelphia also located in the United States of America. They did not make it easy for us to transfer from the bank in Hobbs, but when we finally figured it out, then the blood suckers started sending us the same home equity loan offers as Pioneer Bank had done.
