Be Damn Sure before publicizing Deadbeat Dad Information

Fathers who sherk their responsibility to pay their court ordered child support payments out of spite for their ex wife should be punished in some fashion that will force them to resume the monthly payments that will help take care of their biological kids.

Just got through listening to Stuart Dyson of KOB excoriate, in his typical melodramatic overacting style, four deadbeat fathers.




The Albuquerque TV reporter chose to flash up the locations on a map of four men who each owe their progeny over $150000. Joe Ben Jr. owes one third of one million dollars in child support. You can see the "top four" deadbeat dads in the great state of New Mexico in the picture below. Keep in mind that all you see in the picture are the amounts owed. There certainly may be extenuating circumstances like an uncooperative ex wife who is making it difficult on the father.

Also think about it guys. How would you feel if part of your child support check was being used by your ex wife to buy gifts for her new live in boyfriend? You know that goes on. Wouldn't that make your blood boil?

All I can say with certitude, is it would be an easy lawsuit to win for the alleged deadbeat dad if erroneous information about the name or amount owed is promulgated by a TV reporter!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
