Doctor Shortages in Small Town America
Physician shortages are so common in the Alien City that many have given up on establishing a long term relationship with a medical professional and just go to either Lubbock,TX or Albuquerque or maybe even El Paso,TX. Many young doctors come to Roswell because the Dairy Capital of the United States is designated as under served from a medical care point of view.
Doctors out of medical school receive a number of financial inducements to come to Roswell such as being helped to pay off their usually exorbitant med school debt, and assistance with defraying the costs of their certifications and licenses.
The marketing slogan of Kymera Independent Physicians is "here when you need us". The reality is they are here after a two month wait from the day you set your appointment. They really can not be blamed as they can only do so much with a limited staff.
We live in Odessa Texas and depend like really big time on the Roswell,NM UPS store. So that store has poorly trained employees who work for a Middle Eastern woman named Esha Husain.
It started out as an honest mistake where they sent one of our precision made custom oil field tools to the wrong lease sort of close to Jal. We had a new roustabout getting broken in and blamed him for screwing up the packing label.
But the crap happened again we knew it was the UPS to blame on a mistake that really pissed off one of our top customers who used to give us great referrals and reviews until we started messing up our shipments to them!!!
So we called the store to complain. None of them would take any responsibility and that is when found a dude who knew the owner and said she hides behinds her workers. Her contact number and email are intentionally kept secret. I tried to find Esha Husain surfing the internet could not find crap on her other than she is the owner.
So we was outa luck on the crap til by blind luck one of the kids who works near us knew somebody who knew her at a personal level or maybe it was one of her children or relatives or some BS like that!!!
Then when would call her number, which was damn hard to get, no friggin answer. What I do know is her name is Esha Husain and if enough people like the anonymous above have had problems with the store that is poorly run by Esha we can jump all over that lawsuit were all of us sue her at the same time!!!! There is a lot of power in big numbers people!!! She should not be getting away with this wrongful stuff. I also found it that she is part of a bigger franchize and that we can just get her in trouble with the franchize.
Tim Dreggors wrote that UPS damaged $600 worth optic drives in route to California. Cindy Coyne had major grievance against UPS for not being reimbursed for the gift she sent to family in Florida. Many others have had horrible reviews and complaints about the United Parcel Service in Wilmington NC. Thanks to Marcy Cuevas for exposing the fraud!!
"Who is the UPS franchise owner in Roswell New Mexico?" I only know that franchise owner Tad Mollnhauer believes the products and services that The UPS Store provides make it a no brainer to aspire to owning your own UPS store! Corporate takes care of all the advertising at both the national and local level. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE??????????!!!!!!! Problem is the one in Roswell has had some turnover for some reason that Mollnhauer may not be aware of. Adam Beyer has nothing but good news to report From Dallas Texas and franchisors in Florida also believe UPS franchise ownerships starting at around $350,000 are great opportunities!!

I am sorry about the lack of qualified doctors in your area, but Roswell also has a shortage of considerate neighbors and citizens. Take a look at the picture of the knucklehead who has the electric power extension cord strung out over a wet pedestrian sidewalk in the front of his home. A true accident waiting to happen along with an electrocution.
Hopefully city code officials will see this and write him up along with fining him!!!
Sidewalks are public passageways, but many property owners believe they can assemble on sidewalks or treat the sidewalk as an extension of their property.
The following picture shows a property owner routing a hazardous electrical extension cord across cement walkway to supply energy to his Stellar Trailer. Our daughter plays Hopscotch during the day, but erases the chalk marks and gets out of the way when pedestrians approach, BUT the owner of this trailer illegally leaves electrical cord laying on a sometimes wet sidewalk ALL NIGHT LONG Lionel Richie!!!
I do know that in Naperville, Illinois, you would be fined for doing this, but the owner of this property at 1309 Sorrento Drive in Roswell NM does not seem to care that the dangerously placed cord could easily trip and injure his neighbors. We observed a police officer drive by who obviously noticed the hazardously placed extension cord. He patrolled right on by without blinking an eye.
The owner of trailer who carelessly, thoughtlessly, and inconsiderately did this should consider the commentary of the the following NYC landlord:
I told him no because 1) it looks trashy to have an extension cord running across a sidewalk all the time, and I don't want to look out my window and see it and 2) more importantly, I worry that someone will come along and "trip" over the cord, then sue me for their pain and suffering. Frivolous lawsuits are a thing.

One Main Financial Branch Manager Kristi Lueras has some new competition for super high interest rate loans with hefty origination fees. Roswell native Heather Carrillo appears to be the head honcho of New Mexico Credit Corporation.
Heather paid for a newspaper ad which did NOT disclose the interest rate which probably means it is at a usury level. Usury is a polite term for gouge.
While NMCC is not a payday loan business which sometimes have APR of 400%. Yes, you pay back in interest 4 times what you borrow!!!!! Carrillo's fees, charges, and rates must be sky high or she would have put more reasonable/fair rates in the advertisement that appeared in the RDR.
If you apply online or in person, please find out how bad your will be ripped off before signing on the dotted line. Do not use your pay stub as collateral or your car title. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING HUNGRY rather than burying yourself in insurmountable debt!
Read the negative review put up by Addeus Kasuboski whose traffic accident with Kevin J. Campbell, of Moriarty was also in the paper. Maybe he borrowed the money to cover auto repair costs?

The recipient of the unknown merchandise, Caitlyn Garcia 1307 Alica Lane, appears to have removed the contents on her porch leaving the box outside her home at the mercy of the high speed shifting winds.
Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign
As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.
It is almost like the doctor is selling her sultry, exotic look. That picture has been in the Roswell newspaper for over a month but still no doctor. I wonder why she moved away from Albuquerque? She looks young enough to still need help paying off her school loans. Hope she is not like all the other docs who come and go after they get their debt paid down.

He speaks of the decaying doctor patient bond which is being dissolved by greedy, heartless insurance companies. He also states that HMOs are the real culprit cutting exorbitant payouts to doctors and keeping for their shareholders to take to retirement. The pill mill or legal drug pusher label is a pain to the once unblemished physician image.

That makes me nervous since there was an article in local newspaper dealing with some sort of domestic violence at his residence or his girlfriends or something. He was charged with assault or maybe battery, but said it was just consensual rough sex. The psychiatrist indicated the woman initiated the physical confrontation and that there is not a hostile bone in his body except the one half way down that gets super charged with blood when a dallas cowboy cheerleader is nearby!!
ReplyDeleteI have first hand proof that a least two of the doctors at Kymera would prefer you buy their prescription drugs at Walgreens rather than order 90 pills at a time from ExpressScripts ( Express Scripts) These seems to indicate Kymera has financial incentive to get scripts they write filled at Walgreens. I wonder if each doctor gets some percentage or if Kymera just collects some sort of referral fee? A friend of mine was told by doc there he needed to take gout medication for high uric acid levels in his blood, but doctor never filled out the prescription for unnecessary drug when he found out friend wanted to order Allopurinol online!! Maybe overworked doctor just forgot?!?!?

If your doctor sent your prescription to another enity, we aren’t notified until you are at our store to pick it up. Another significant problem I see often is how long it takes for doctor offices to fill prior authorization (PA) forms out, and fax them to insurance plans. Medications that require PAs are often the most important medications for patients,. The reason for insurance plans requiring PAs for expensive medications is because those big HMO companies are required by their stockholders to make as much money as possible(greedy profit seeking insurance companies), and any paid claim is considered a “loss” to the company. So, when a claim for expensive medication is submitted, it is rejected because insurance company needs to be sure you really need the drugs, not because we’re heartless idiots; it’s because your insurance company wants to make absolutely sure that you really need your medication before they “lose” too much of their precious money, and no, your doctor’s prescription itself is not enough. They’ve made it so it’s as hard as possible for very important medications to be covered, so they can sit on their pile of money.

The General Practitioners at Kymera are LEGAL DRUG PUSHERS. They run your blood work and recommend a pill with side effects to elevate stock prices of Big Pharma. Very few of them will tell you about natural remedies like cinnamon for diabetes because they would have wasted 15 minutes without out writing a script. I went in there around 3 years ago and was told by physician there that 85% of prediabetics become diabetics. Another doctor there said THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PREDIABETES.

Don't make the mistake of going to Lovelace. My niece went in for echo on her heart. She had to wait around an hour and they scheduled her with a doctor different from the one her referring physician recommended. There was only one person to serve the long queue of sick patients.

Her and her husband pay about $700 a month for their policy and STILL HAVE THIS KIND OF CRAP HAPPEN!!!! THAT IS WAY SO MANY AMERICANS ARE RETIRING IN CANADA AND THE NETHERLANDS. DeleteWe were quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the medical assistant employed by heart doctor Eric Cohen. This cardiologist should be more cautious about hiring rude employees. My daughter who is already stressed about a congenital heart defect that causes anxiety attacks out of the blue told me the nurse or assistant was rough and in a hurry when taking her blood pressure!!! A clear example of systemic racism!! Also the M.D. charges $70 for his copay when the industry standard average is around $45.

DeleteLovelace Regional Hospital refused to treat my daughter, suffering from severe abdominal pain, unless we gave them our credit card to allow an $1100 transaction. We have full coverage Blue Cross Blue Shield! We pulled out BCBS card as proof and THEY STILL WANTED OUR CREDIT CARD. We walked out worried our beloved daughter had a ruptured appendix. We managed to get her to Lubbock to find out she had been stricken with a Hiatus Hernia after she had agonized the entire trip even though we took the Bledsoe exit shortcut near Tatum!!
The hospital in Red Raider land too BCBS card as verification we were insured an only billed us an extra $239. Roswell has nice people and cheap real estate, BUT THE MEDICAL CARE IS A RACKET AND OUTRAGEOUSLY UNFAIR. ALSO MANY UNQUALIFIED DOCTORS WHO COULD NOT HACK IT in a larger more competitive city.
They are sooo desperate that they advertise shit like average wait time of 8 minutes in the emergency room and clutter your email with stroke symptom advertisements. DO NOT START AND RAISE A FAMILY THERE!!!!! Did The mayor and city council supports no masks and NO social distancing.
Have also noticed that guy on Sorrento Drive leaving electric cord dangerously placed on wet sidewalk. We walk over from Brazos Street near the golf course. Our grandson did trip over it bruising both knees requiring hydrogen peroxide to kill the infection!!

I looked up this on the internet where the truth of the matter can be found, Scammers sometimes create and circulate very official-looking brochures and sales promotion for new Medicare products that are available at a “discounted price” during the open enrollment period(means when you are signing up for the crap!).
Private sector insurance companies like Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield sneakily peddle Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Watch out for this because they aint the agents of the federal government. BEWARE!!!
CMS will NEVER ASK for you wife’s Medicare number or Social Security number. Look out for dem fraudsters and scammers!!
Also Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will put stuff in writing and explain that donut hole gap bullshit to ya.
That house with the nice Roper vinyl fence next door to the HERO Hospital CEO is owned by Tony Steciuk. Tony has had to tolerate multiple renters and loud party animals across the alley. We tried to buy the house next door on the other side, but found out it had worn down by all the renters!

I agree with Ed that the CEO of a hospital is not a hero in the sense of the word that I carefully defined in my newspaper article. The phone has been ringing off the hook with adoring fans who admire my intellect.

DeleteDo any of you know Mandy Aragon who works at the United Parcel Service over on east College Blvd? So we have had stuff lost twice when using her. The first shipment UPS lost was a family heirloom which UPS corporate reported as package torn up and nothing was found in it!! It was our beloved grandmother's wedding band that UPS refused to pay us a dime on!!!
A friend of ours also said Mandy Aragon never licked the envelope and it was still open when they left. Mandy said she would close it up but when they were leaving, they could still see it open. that SHIT GOT LOST TOO. We did not think to stay around to see if she sealed Granny's wedding band and engagement ring.
Please let us know if UPS has lost any of your stuff so we can get class action suit going against her personally and maybe a big pay day for all the hassle and inconvenience caused by an employee that might be stealing your stuff and then reporting it as damaged and lost while it is being shipped!!!!!

DeleteUPS has cost me over 30 hours of time trying to contact relatives and other heirs to his estate. UPS will not let you file a damages claim over the Fukin phone. You have to do it online which is a pain in the ass!!!
Also do not stay at the Candlewood Suites at 4 Military Heights Drive in Roswell,NM if you rely on or really need the WiFi.

They gave us the IHG Hotel phone number 866-978-8276 to get it fixed but the rep was clueless. Candlewood Suites advertised
reliable internet/WiFi connectivity,but is was unreliable slow and just overall SUCKED. Place was overrun by a bunch of oilfield workers and the WIFI was beyond capacity, but IHG should fix it rather than advertising reliable WiFi where customers are stuck without any internet access!!!!

I think he was well trained contrary to what you said. Do you know that it was the Franchise owner's fault that your crap was lost? It may have been mishandled when it was like 838 miles from Roswell New Mexico.
Our shipment was also lost and I was upset at the claim where I only got a refund of 80 dollars!!!!!! It took forever and Esha Hussein would never tell us what the amount was she got!!!! For all we know she made money off of our shipment getting lost!!!!

DeleteI am in the process of reporting her to UPS corporate legal. Our claim was for about $275 which we itemized with the store and with corporate. We got a check in the 90 dollar range. That means Esha probably kept over $175 for herself. There have been 4 BBB complaints about that location on College near the military school.
The fact she intentionally does no let customer know how to contact is illegal and there are at least 3 people here from what I can tell that have been screwed over by her.
