So most of you have received many pieces of snail mail where the solicitor or advertiser of a service DEMANDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION with implied threats or fines if recipient does not respond immediately.
We got one of those today from Brian Werger, an agent of Trustage Insurance company, and his partner in crime Marsha Swanson who we were compelled to rush our correspondence back to. Brian's ruse was $5000 worth of free life insurance if you just went to the trouble to fill out the clumsy paperwork and return it postage free.
This is around the 10th such unwanted advertisement we have received from Brian and Marsha. We emailed him at Brian.Werger@cunamutual.com alerting him to the fact we DID NOT WANT TO SEE OUR MAIL BOX CLUTTERED WITH HIS STUFF. We did this 3 months ago and he persists in sending us CUNA Mutual Group's consumer brand promotional materials anyway!!
I guess Miss Swanson, who may also be a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate agent working out of Wildomar, CA, handles all the paperwork for Mr Werger who has had 8 other jobs according to LinkedIn.

Not completely unrelated to advertising that we can all do without is following Vanity Shaming billboard that lasers in on the human frailty of appearance which is connected to self esteem, anxiety and insecurity.
The picture you see below is an eyeless female with a missing Lateral Incisor or maybe third Canine, and it is a power play, make the patient feel self-conscious type of ad! The woman in the ad does not have any problems with oral health which should be the first aim of honorable dentistry.
Also note that the billboard is next to an old beat up abandoned building in some ghost town(Vaughn NM not too far from Roswell and Albuquerque if memory serves) where the percentage of citizens with bad, decayed, and unsightly teeth is probably high. Like they can afford to pay for expensive titanium implants to begin with!!!!!
So I would ask Doctors Brown and Maupin to educate the people of their town regarding prevention of cavities RATHER THAN WAITING FOR TEETH TO ROT and replacing them with expensive implants. Of course, from a business model point of view, prevention is not as profitable as a $4000 cost per tooth implant!!
Also dental surgeons should thoroughly disclose to all patients the risks listed by Christine Frank, DDS and Valencia Higuera:
Nerve or tissue damage may occur when a surgeon places an implant too close to a nerve. Red Flags of damage include numbness or tingling in the tongue, lips, gums, or face.
Foreign body rejection relatively rare, but can happen. Indications of rejection include increased pain at the implant site, swelling, fever, and chills.
A dental implant placed in the upper jaw may invade the sinus cavity although to be fair, that risk is low.
I would certainly expect this dental office to practice more professionalism regarding the overall well being of their customers!!!! Monetizing people's deepest fears and insecurities is not Christian and exploitative!!!! After all, pretty is as pretty does NOT whether you can afford expensive implants!!!
While doing some routine maintenance at one of my rental properties in La Bella Vita Homes subdivision, I was interrupted by a empty flying Amazon overnight delivery box. It almost struck me on this extremely windy day in Roswell, NM.
The cardboard box had been neatly cut open to release its 6 pound contents delivered from Amazon Fulfillment Services, Lower Buckeye Road, Phoenix,Arizona. The recipient of the unknown merchandise, Caitlyn Garcia 1307 Alica Lane, appears to have removed the contents on her porch leaving the box outside her home at the mercy of the high speed shifting winds.

Gerard Gonzales(This guy drives around town telling anybody who will listen to him that he voted or Biden) and Jadon Anderson, residents of Roswell, provide strong evidence that Mr Nott knows what he is talking about! Neither of these two Alien City natives has an IQ over 85. They refuse to wear masks and should serve jail time for threatening the lives of law abiding citizens. I don't blame her for doing this since she likely was trying to avoid spreading COVID-19 by bringing the box inside her house, BUT she should have disposed of the box before I WAS FORCED TO! In Kaitlyn's defence, it was kind of a fluke for that big a box to become airborne and fly all the way from Sorrento to La Bella Vita, but she is still a litterbug who should have been more responsible.
I have no hard feelings and hope when she Googles her name, which most self absorbed people do, that this will cease her litterbug tendencies.

We cannot get the NEST security camera, home surveillance company in California to STOP AUTO BILLING OUR CREDIT CARD for a service we no longer used. We moved out of our house long ago and have sold the Nest Cam to a friend. Have not used the service in over 4 months and keep getting billed. They do not pick up their customer service phone number and JUST KEEP BILLING US. Below is a screen shot of the bill we keeping getting from Nest Labs in California. Please reply to this if you have been getting ripped off by them too!!!!!
If you have a bad, negative, terrible, awful review of Nest Labs in Palo Alto CA, please record it here. We have called the BBB in Houston and Dallas who indicate many customers cannot reach them via phone, email or text to CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNTS. Even the credit card companies who dispute the charges are having a difficult time reaching the lowlifes. I spoke with QuickSilver Master card rep who said she manages 5 or 6 Nest Lab Disputes per week
My daughter and I bank at Chaves County Credit Union in Roswell, NM. We are also sick and tired of Werger and TruStage/CMFG pressuring us into purchasing Term Life Insurance. I loved D.M.D. Luikens so much that we came over from Artesia. She was great. She had to deal with the shorter of the two male dentists. He had never outgrown being picked on short guy in school. Do you know much about the service academy preparatory program at New Mexico Military Institute? A friend of mine sent his son Austin Cramer there to get boned up for the Air Force Academy. lex Malott and Cordell Breen are another pair of cadets who squeaked their way through NMMI. The Institute is a little like a reform school. Breen is working there last I heard to the shock and dismay of his former teachers!!! Malott is a blow hard who was an average student and below average person. Very full of himself. I believe he was from Glenwood Springs Colorado and was in charge of disinfecting the hot springs which eventually became infected with some sort of parasite right about the time COVID hit.

Lance Cole points out how the athletic recruiters lie their asses off just to get you on the team. Baseball coach may be the worst about this then it is college football coach. His wife the volleyball coach does stress academics, but the rest of athletic recruiters don't tell them anything about corps life, formations, march bys and it causes all kinds of hell in the classroom. Sup knows but does support the professors.
CONS:
1. Food. The food is terrible, nevertheless, you have good selection.
2. Sleep. You will sleep A LOT less than the normal person.
3. Time. You won't have time to do anything that YOU want.
4. Frustration. You will endure endless frustration the ENTIRE time whilest attending NMMI. I can elaborate beyond imagine. The #1 con.
5. Being an athlete. Beware, the recruiters may use trickery to recruit you. #1 con if you're an athlete.

NMMI used to be a good school. Now it is full of athletes who are horrible cadets. Especially the ones on athletic scholarship. College football players, volleyball females, some of the baseball players, miss formations, BRC, keep their rooms messy with pizza boxes all over the place! One of them that I heard of in High School named Julie Johnstone is trying to get into Air Force Academy. She gos off post whenever the hell she feels like it or makes out with her boyfriend all wide open for people to see. TLA caught her. Nothing happened. She did not march tours like everybody else who does not play sports. COMPLETELY UNFAIR!!!!

We scheduled an appointment online with ExpressMVD for Drivers License Renewal. The one on Wilshire was shut down, so we went to the new Motor Vehicles Division for an appointment with Juliana Varela an agent with MVD.

We had driven 50 miles to get license renewed and waited some more. Juliana Varela never answered. We looked her up on Instagram where she seemed to be very proud of her tits or breasts sayin she was gonna move up in the world.
Juliana, first learn to do your job rather than just drawing a paycheck, then maybe you will move up in the world.

DeleteThe City of Roswell Water Department more or less admitted that they screwed up with their "new and improved" water bill software systems which had all kinds of errors and shit. Some BS about avoiding double payment. Did Joe Neeb have anything to do with selecting the crappy program that makes it easier for them to cutoff your water without sending an addict out to your property to do it.
We got a bill on December 27 that had flashing RED due date of 12/21/2020 with subject to cutoff and you will have to pay a shitload of fines to have turned back on even though the pricks only have to press a button remotely to turn off your life sustaining water supply!!!!
To make matters worse, the one time payment option with your account number online is BROKEN with all the billing information and credit card number and expiration has been wiped out and you have to create a damn account!!! WTF boys!!!!!

DeleteMaybe you meant DDS Eric Palmer in Ruidoso NM? He is a good guy and dentist, but be warned he won't accept a lot of the insurance companies pushed off on you in the school district's health care providers.
I believe he either owns or works for Mountain View Dental(not too original when there aint nothing but mountains in that resort town).
It is a hassle to get in to see the dentists because you have to call in first to see if they accept your insurance first which they will NOT in most cases. They are trying to set you up on their in house financing rather than taking a chance on BCBS or whoever paying up!! Sucks!!! Maupin and Brown In Roswell is much better because they are GREAT about taking whatever insurance you have with NOT SURPRISE BILLINGS. Excellent professionals there and a beautiful and accommodating facility!!
So, I think you are being unfair to Maupin and Brown. If you were a dentist you would focus on bottom line profit just like any other businessman!

Amen, everybody knows how bad Burrow is but he gets protected by the department chair. One of the counselors shared they go back a long way. Mr Wells is their only savior and also if the cadet is just bad at math. Captain Burrow did not keep office hours missed tons of lessons and still figured you should do the HW anyway. The first shipment UPS lost was a family heirloom which UPS corporate reported as package torn up and nothing was found in it!! It was our beloved grandmother's wedding band that UPS refused to pay us a dime on!!!
A friend of ours also said Mandy Aragon never licked the envelope and it was still open when they left. Mandy said she would close it up but when they were leaving, they could still see it open. that SHIT GOT LOST TOO. We did not think to stay around to see if she sealed Granny's wedding band and engagement ring.
Please let us know if UPS has lost any of your stuff so we can get class action suit going against her personally and maybe a big pay day for all the hassle and inconvenience caused by an employee that might be stealing your stuff and then reporting it as damaged and lost while it is being shipped!!!!!
We live in Odessa Texas and depend like really big time on the Roswell,NM UPS store. So that store has poorly trained employees who work for a Middle Eastern woman named Esha Husain.

But the crap happened again we knew it was the UPS to blame on a mistake that really pissed off one of our top customers who used to give us great referrals and reviews until we started messing up our shipments to them!!!
So we called the store to complain. None of them would take any responsibility and that is when found a dude who knew the owner and said she hides behinds her workers. Her contact number and email are intentionally kept secret. I tried to find Esha Husain surfing the internet could not find crap on her other than she is the owner.
So we was outa luck on the crap til by blind luck one of the kids who works near us knew somebody who knew her at a personal level or maybe it was one of her children or relatives or some BS like that!!!
Then when would call her number, which was damn hard to get, no friggin answer. What I do know is her name is Esha Husain and if enough people like the anonymous above have had problems with the store that is poorly run by Esha we can jump all over that lawsuit were all of us sue her at the same time!!!! There is a lot of power in big numbers people!!! She should not be getting away with this wrongful stuff. I also found it that she is part of a bigger franchize and that we can just get her in trouble with the franchize.

I asked an attendant if there was a restroom I could use after a long drive from San Antonio. Swab test was administered which I needed to get on the plane to Europe. I was assure by the same person that I would receive test result via email. You guessed it, the racist never sent the confirming email and could not get on the plane for a crucial job assignment.
I have a picture of the guy from a distance and plan on filing lawsuit against the arrogant employee and the facility itself. This Kung Flu crap has to stop!

Anybody who is that weak in Chess could not possibly be any better than average at math. I checked out the site and realized Quora users must have figured that out. Karmakar has not answered a single even marginally difficult question.
High School and many colleges are not not really promoting critical thinking or problem solving if guys like him come out thinking they have ability when really their understanding is superficial like his.
He is book smart, but lacking common sense and RATHER JUDGEMENTAL. I think he helped Syamantak Sengupta, Brahma Kumar Bhattacharyya and maybe Anubhab Goswami in a Bengal math, physics competition.
