Pushed to the Snapping Point at Work

With all the school shootings that have plagued our nation, let's not forget the brutal revenge type of shootings that have gone on in the work place frequently with the some type of murder-suicide pattern. There is as much bullying in the work place as there are in United States schools. I enjoy seeing a bully get what he or she deserves as their actions are disruptive and often unchecked.

This work place shooting blast from the past, pun intended, occurred in July of 2004 in Kansas City, Kansas and should remind bullies to think twice before picking on people. Everybody has a breaking point or a snap threshold. Give people their due respect and quit being domineering and arrogant or you could end up the subject of a National news piece.

A disgruntled worker at a meatpacking  plant killed four fellow
employees and wounded three others  Friday afternoon before
               committing suicide, police said.
The gunman appeared to have targeted particular workers at the
ConAgra Foods Inc. plant, employee Andre Porter said.
Porter, 38, of Atchison, said he was in the men's locker room when
he heard gunshots during the plant's 5 p.m. shift break.
Later in the 10-minute rampage, Porter said, he heard the gunman
tell some people in the cafeteria, "You haven't done anything to me,
              so you can go."

The pissed off worker was fair in the sense that he only killed coworkers who had been mean, rude, and bullied him. Bullying can only be tolerated for so long. Remember you are messing with somebody's livelihood. A man trying to earn a living for his wife and kids already has enough stress. Think twice before being aggressive or mouthing off. Everybody has their breaking point. I am in no way condoning murder in the work place......Just saying......
