Young Black Man allegedly spits in direction of White Policeman doing his job

I suspect Attorney Damario Solomon-Simmons struggled in law school. I also heard through the grapevine that his LSAT score was low, but they gave him a waiver into law school based on other more subjective criterion.

It is easy to believe aforementioned lawyer has dubious credentials as he recently stated it was illegal for Tulsa police officers to warn two young black men not to jaywalk. We have all seen groups of disrespectful people walking right down the middle of a road forcing oncoming motorists to slow down. Young rebellious adolescents are particularly bad about this.

Rather than say "OK officer we will obediently get out of the road", one of them mouthed off and spit in the direction of the policeman. Counselor hoping for "unjustified use of force by cop but didn't get it". Same boy then cried for his Mommy. Mother is probably on welfare and looking for a big payday with money hungry lawyer getting about 30% of big settlement with the city. 

I hope Mayor G. T. Bynum has the balls to back his law enforcement, but he probably will just do whatever the best way to get him reelected dictates!  Why didn't the recalcitrant cousins walk on the side of the road rather than block cars using the road. They were NOT behaving as responsible pedestrians, but as trouble making kids who resisted arrest for a crime they committed. I have seen white adults ticketed for jaywalking in Houston, TX so you little scofflaws don't be playing the damn race card on this one! BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ONCE FOR YOUR ACTIONS. I hope they release your names soon. I know I will NEVER hire you and your unaccountable attitude!!!!

Also comon Mother Tawanna Adkins! (Be that character building exemplary master teacher woman!)You still gotta chance to shape your boy's character by improving their attitudes towards law enforcement  AND thank you officers for still doing your job in the middle of the George Floyd BS!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
