How is this Scofflaw not Incarcerated?

At some point, Ramie Chavez, was the cute little daughter of a proud father. However, somewhere along her life journey she developed intense hatred for police officers.

Now the 38 year old woman has a new hobby. She visits accident scenes and interferes with the investigation often heckling officers with polite interjections like "you Fucking Pig"

Her recent act of good will involved her licking the pen she was to sign citation for disorderly conduct with, but then NO ESCRIBE CHINGA

She then told the TV audience and her adoring FB live fans she was attempting to transmit her COVID-19 infection to APD officer  She refused to sign the  Disorderly conduct ticket all caught on camera for her future employers to view. 

There is a Army SSG Ramie Nichole Chavez who resides in Albuquerque New Mexico, but there is no way this decorated officer is the same woman. 

The Malcontent professional victim I am writing about has a 0 out of 5 reputation score at mylife.com. She has a criminal record, so I am guessing she would enjoy being locked up with other women. Too bad, she is quite attractive. Just wish there was a way to fix her attitude and world view. Las Vegas is a tough place to grow up in and I empathize with Ramie, but capacity to function and be a non violent member of society is diminished. 

I hope she gets it will take some hard time in prison to truly understand the meaning of the the term duress  which she misused multiple times during her 15 minutes of fame on KRQE. 

Thank you officer Jason Brown. I know you wanted to slap the hell out of that HEAD CASE. She wanted that bad so she could file lawsuit and win some DINERO.  It does not take a medical professional to see the poor girl is MEGABIPOLAR.    Conon girl! figure it out before you hit your midlife crisis unless you are already there!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
