Stewart wins high dollar settlements for alleged police misconduct. Informed sources indicate his cut is around 30%, so let's say the esteemed Christian counselor wins 2 million dollars for the family of Rayshard in a wrongful death suit. This means the Howard University alumni banks a cool $600,000. Now that is some fat stacks, some dead Presidents, YO!

Makes no difference there is video showing Rayshard drunk as a skunk resisting arrest, assaulting police officers, aiming Taser at Atlanta's finest. Your boy will cash in, but he better make it fast because Trump will bring in the Military to clean this nonsense up!  It may take a crowd full of protesters with toe tags in the morgue to get the point across before order is restored!!!!


Jessica and Jalisa Curtis know about that boy and they ain't sayin! Them twins are an uncompromising pair of jurisprudence scholars practicing exemplary moral rectitude and integrity!  Stewart said the officers did not have to gun down Brooks mentioning that a Taser is not a deadly weapon. 
"If the officer had been a bit more empathetic(Is that the one big word you learned in Law School counselor?) and not fearing for their lives, we  wouldn't have a dead client(your client is dead cuz he made tons of bad choices)," 

If your dead client had not resisted arrest and assaulted police officers he wouldn’t be dead.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
