Consequences for Race Track Ignoring Governor's Orders

I have question for Rue Stone who is either the manager or the owner of  AMS in Roswell New Mexico USA. My niece ended up at a college there that looked a lot like a fort. Majestic looking place and quite impressive. She did well there until she hooked up with a young man who loves drag race and street race.

My question to the owners of  Alien Motor Speedway, not too far from the massively large airport or plane graveyard when I fly in to see her, is why do you violate state law by operating your race track when we are in the middle of a War called COVID-19? A retired family estate divorce lawyer even wrote about it in your quaint little newspaper!

A bigger more important question is why doesn't State Police Forcefully shut down a business that is threatening my beloved niece's health!!!

You and the owner of Let’s Play Entertainment should held accountable for the cease and desist orders you have ILLEGALLY ignored. Thank God for the fine investigative journalism conducted by that cute Asian Nguyen in Duke City!!

I would expect the governor of your State to take action if you continue to IGNORE THE LAW OF THE LAND. So you wonder why I am soooo pissed off. Niece tested positive hanging around that kid she met who loves racing and dangerous times. She, so far, has no symptoms but can still spread Corona to others because of irresponsible business people like yourself! We can't even be around her as she is responsibly self quarantining or sheltering in place. No the bill rights does no protect you here. You are defying direct orders straight from Grisham's office.

    All this crap has been brought on by Mayor Dennis Kintigh and dumbass Jeanine Best who still do not understand why Albertsons south an Sams Club North have been shut down. The head football coach for the Coyotes aint too damn smart himself. This old worn out looking woman that teaches Biology at New Mexico Military Institute is telling a lot of her students and anybody else who will listent to her dumb Facebook rants that the election was rigged and Trump won. How she keeps her job is friggin unbelievable. She is a damn rasist too!!!!!

      Adwood is the biology professor i figure you are putting down. She cares about her students. Her problem is she is unbelievable thin skinned and will get pissed off out of the damn blue for nothin! She talks about everybody then acts all friendly and shit to there face. I think she lives alone and has nothing but facebook to do.

      She talks about politics way toooo much and just has a mean streak in her. I feel sorry for her being that old and bitter and hope she finds peace with our lord and savior Jesus Christ. God bless her soul!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
