Photo Shaming People who do NOT Wear Masks VERY OK

The young Walmart floor manager has just asked the party of three you see in the picture below to put on their COVID-19 masks per store policy. The lady in the middle waiting at the electronics retail counter was kind  enough to inform this photographer that she is employed by J.A.G. Roofing and Construction. They ignored the irritated manager who politely informed of their violation threatening the lives of law abiding citizens. Perhaps her boss will view this post and reprimand her selfish irresponsible action!!

No, she did not tell me she worked there. Her Dark yellow lettered shirt did. Carlsbad, Hobbs, and Roswell are responsible for the spread and infection rate being sky high in southeastern New Mexico. If I were a law maker, I would incarcerate two time violators with a 30 day jail sentence.

LA Times columnist  Steve Lopez writes about this reckless, callous, immature and inconsiderate practice of so many self absorbed idiots in California.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
