Notice to fireworks vendors around the USA

Jane Northrop wrote about inconsiderate neighbors shooting fireworks that litter and start fires in their next door neighbor's yard.  The Bay Area reporter expounded upon concerns which were raised about the use of illegal fireworks and the possible  harm to people and their beloved pets.

People setting off illegal fireworks in the Linda Mar Beach Area will be fined a "social host" ordinance fine of $1000 by police officers who observe the illicit and neighborhood disrupting activity.

Further to the southeast in New Mexico, vendors Gabriel Najar and Derick Gomez sell pyrotechnics for TNT in Roswell.  Beechwood resident Lesley Johnson is upset the city is not doing more to deter the sale of fireworks that will be used illegally. A citizen believes it is possible to fine the vendors for littering and declining mental health of dogs and rabbits with sensitive ears. 

Rochester denizen  Kyle Crandall wonders why the laws are NOT BEING ENFORCED for illegal detonation of dangerous explosives!!

    Alex Garza is the actual owner of TNT in alien city. Bobby Arnett is the sole proprietor of Amy's . Kelly McDonald, his wife Angie, and football coach Jeff Lynn also sell products known to be illegal if shot off within the city limits.

    These honorable educators vend Black Cats, rockets, Saturn Missiles knowing they are fire hazards, deleterious to mental health of mans best friend the dog, will land on homeowner's roofs, litter the city, etc!

    They are ignoring the governor's request to ban retail sales of fireworks. Rick Zamaroon is extremely anxious about wildfires in Albuquerque. Lieutenant Tom Ruiz does not like the extra 311 hotline overload. I don't blame the dude one bit!! Go Coyotes

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
