Do you blame this entrepreneur for Threatening so Sue Duke City??

I don't much feel any sorrow for homeless people and beggars. In fact, I like to take their pictures at Walmart or busy street intersections to shame them into looking for a job by posting those pictures online to expose their indolence and manipulative ways.

I know Mike Rippberger, an Albuquerque, NM businessman, deplores the fact that the city put porta-potties in the area of Mike's company to curb the incidence of urination and defecation in the streets by paupers and scofflaws who prefer handouts to a hard days work!

You know how if you put milk out for cats, you end with a litter of starving kittens engendered by a feral cat? Same with people! Provide them a place to shit and piss and they will infest the area like cockroaches. Rippberger logically contends that there is no incentive for the ambitionless hobos to seek gainful employment if they have their own bathroom with all the handouts from sympathetic motorists providing sustenance to excrete in the free city toilet!!! 

We saw the same thing in Salt Lake City Utah where an entire city bark was overrun by Human Vermin. There it was illegal to give panhandlers handouts or food. Read the outstanding analysis of Emma Greig who enumerates the health issues and disease transmission concerns of overfeeding birds. 

I sort of think that sexy, cute reporter Jeannie Nguyen feels sorry for them. You can see it her gorgeous browns eyes during TV broadcast. Well Jeannie girl, consider donating some of your hard earned income to the indolent bums. 

Attorney attorney Blair Dunn vehemently opposes the construction of a permanent homeless shelter which will exacerbate the problem and lead to absurd outcome of some beggars living better than the working poor!!  Sort of like the spoiled unemployment drawing slugs making $2400 a month WHICH IS ABOUT TO BE YANKED OUT FROM UNDERNEATH THEM!!!

So yes, this writer emphatically supports any litigation initiated against the city by Rippberger!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
