City Mayor dodging responsibility for reparations to Widow of Crash Victim

The daughter of a Mayor turned  the wrong way on a major thoroughfare crashing into a motorcycle driver KILLING him. In the United States this would be vehicular homicide. The deadly event occurred in Southern Luzon.

The Mayor of the Philippine community did not take responsibility for his daughter, who was driving without at license. A Radio investigative reporter type who goes by Idol brought the injustice to the public eye and even utilized the legal expertise of his lawyer son-in-law. No mention was made whether under-aged female assailant was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she killed the husband of a now bereft woman who is seeking justice via the high profile radio Pinoy Icon! 

Simone Orendain wrote at length regarding the corruption so prevalent in this part of the island nation archipelago.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
