On the Motivation for David Graeber's writing

David Graeber spends and enormous amount of his time writing about worthless jobs and occupations. For example, he wrote an enormously long paper that categorized forms of employment as Bullshit or not.

Is this David's job to sift through positions like janitor, teaching assistant, actuarial, chemist, engineer, road construction, public school teacher, etc and rate them based on his limited perceptions of what those professions entail?

David's arrogance is manifest with his usage of terms like flunkies and goons. Perhaps he is independently wealthy and does not have to work to pay bills, rent, mortgage, car payments, health insurance.

It is clear in his exposition that believes there are people who value his opinion. He also tries to correlate happiness with having an unpleasant job.

David was very active during Occupy Wall Street around three years ago and appears to have spent those 3 years penning his voluminous commentary in, I guess his magnum opus, of over 122,000 WORDS! So I don't know what side of Occupy Wall Street he is on. Does he hate the one per cent group for having a ton of money? If he is a rich boy, then one could rule out this possibility. If he is poor, then WHY IS WASTING SO MUCH TIME WITH HIS WHINING DRIVEL?  Does he feel that writing about BS jobs improves the state of affairs?
