Robert Frost infuses Hot Bench court room scene

Attractive redhead and broad-minded intellectual, Diane Mandaville, sang the praises, of Mountain Painting Company in Beaverton, Oregon United States of America, for the high-end job they did on her million dollar home.


How did I know Diane lived in an expensive home? One of the judges on Hot Bench pondered why Diane could not get along with her neighbor, Alex Backardjiev, who also owns a commodious and pricey home.


As I understood the contentious dispute, Mrs Mandaville was pissed off at her neighbor for defacing a common fence shared by the neighbors of 20 years!! The beautiful Black Judge opined that there was more drama than malice associated with act of neighbor Alexander.



The articulate, but full of disdain/hate, Mandaville uttered "OMG, these guys are Trumpian-level preening narcissists" when the judges did not share her view regarding her neighbor's marginally hostile actions. Time for the invocation of "Good fences make good neighbors"



Liberals like her need to move near the Southern borders in Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona to GET WHY TRUMP GOT ELECTED. Just ask Don Determan (of Dekay Soccer Complex Fame)about the inundation of illegal aliens.

    What happened to Alexander Cervantes who was 14 years old when he attacked a 13-year-old girl and her 20-month-old brother, who were the younger siblings of his best friend. After breaking into their home in the middle of the night, he stabbed them over and over as they slept. He raped and sodomized the girl, forced her to perform felatio on him.

    His defense was he was drunk, but he should be punished like an adult and locked up forever!

      I believe lawyers Peter Obstler and Ginamarie Caya were fair about their defense of the animal they were defending. The both realized it was their job to vigorously defend the lowlife, but knew there was no hope for rehabilitating him.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
