Lenders, Realtors, Insurance Agents and Car Salesmen

Newspapers are important, but they are also a source of a great deal of deception and misinformation. An example are the newspaper ads in Albuquerque, NM promoting the services of Lynette N. Turpen. Not everything is fully disclosed until you actually sit down at the table to close after your heart is set on that dream home. Lenders have a way of squeezing every last drop out of you since they know you want that house come hell or high water!

Amy Lignor wrote that Janette Lucero JP Stone Community Bank mortgage loan originator served her community for 46 years. The VP is leaving town to be a grandmother in some other place. One of my cousins, with a high credit score, applied online at JP Stone for a 15 year Adjustable Rate Mortgage(ARM in financial industry lingo) He graduated in the top 10 per cent of his class at Roswell High and had been at the same job for over 2 years.

The FRIENDLY community bank REJECTED his loan application. That don't sound much like faithfully serving the community to me Janette. Maybe reporter Amy Lignor just got a job there and wanted to sound good without properly researching Lucero's loan history record which includes ignoring many online applications or charging exceedingly high interest rates which only serve the profit margins of of JP Stone, NOT THE POOR CITIZENS OF Roswell!

Also OneMain Financial had a branch manager named Lucero who would send out junk mail filling up your mailbox with unfairly high interest rate loan solicitations. Many mad and unhappy customers including Thomas Warren,Jenifer Castillo,Smokey River Cartage.Vincent Ramirez.

Many negative employee reviews:
Buckhannon, WV-Compensation is not commensurate to work performed and employee work life balance is poor. Nasty office gossip with new employees kissing a lot of ass to avoid losing their job.

Bensalem, PA - Poor compensation and health benefits. Micromanaged and no freedom. Bad place to work for finance graduates, because you will be given absolutely no freedom and utilize very little of what you learned in college.

Springfield, VA - predatory lending the norm, The company forces you to promote products and services that may not even help the customers, they only want the product that is going to give the best bottom line profit for the company. You are incessantly micromanaged and pushed day in and day out. You rarely get to leave on time, are required to work until 7pm on Tuesdays and for 5 hours the last Saturday of each month for collection calls to lower delinquency numbers before they are reported to upper management.

Many home mortgage lenders are honest and god fearing people, but just remember business is business. Lenders, Car Salesmen, Realtors are all vultures at heart. Just saying.
