Bogus Checks and Loan Consolidation businesses

Would anybody reading this have had business relations with one B. Gallagher employed by the consolidation loan entity that calls themselves Polk Partners. Mr Gallagher signed his highly esteemed name to a check made out to me valued at $40,500

When I called Polk Partners, the individual who answered for customer service did not know B. Gallagher, who anonymously chose the initial B. to conceal the name Bob, Billy, Burt, Bert, Ben, ButtHead, Bip, Barnard, Brandon, Bart, Brian, etc.

So when their Funds Distribution Center Rep was of no assistance, none other than
Mac Venucci, who is a columnist for Fox Chronicle, replied to an email  indicating a less than favorable review of Polk Partners .

The freelance investigative reporter, residing in Barcelona, Spain, specializes in uncovering lenders practicing usury and other illicit deceptive marketing schemes.  His career in investigative journalism has taken the good looking Italian to Russia, France, Italy, and Hong Kong.  If you have had similar problems with scams such as this, Mac can be emailed at mac@foxchronicle.com

  1. B. Gallagher is the chief marketing officer of these predatory lenders.
Steve Olenski is an apologist for CMOs . He said that rather than focusing on brand management, a CMO has the difficult task. The Raja Rajamannar acolyte says it is more about action and social engagement NOT rational strategies!
