Citizens of the great states of Mississippi and New Mexico always are 49th and 50th ranked in the USA for dubious honors. Both are relatively poor states with well below individual and family average and median incomes.  It is horribly depressing for the families in NM to live in THE WORST PLACE TO BE A KID.  

 Rick Nathanson's credibility is on the line for that last claim. Under education and substandard health care are also major issues

Take a look at the return envelope sent out via snail mail by BlueCross BlueShield(BCBS-more like BSBS for BullShitBullShit). BCBS wanted its valued customers to disclose if they had insurance from other carriers by filling out a confusing form and returning it the NO PREPAID POSTAGE return envelope you see above!

It is actually a well thought out strategy by BCBS. How many customers will not hassle with returning this because they have to come up with 57 cents stamp to pay for the conveyance of this envelope via the sluggishly slow USPS? 

This is where BCBS wins. You see if you do not return the info promptly BCBS may NOT process medical claims you submit based on your noncompliance with their ridiculous policy. So how enchanting is this??? BUT, they will still continue take out egregiously high insurance premiums from your paycheck!!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
