What is up with the South East parts of USA communities and increased violence?

Odessa Texas native Seth Aaron Ator, laid off from his Oilfield job, went on a shooting rampage that shook up the community and destroyed the core of a number of families in the region.

The SE side of Albuquerque NM is well known for it heinous acts of aggression and murder.

Duran-Lujan fatally shot Leroy Jaramillo Acosta, 37, at the stroke of the witching hour in 300 block of East Ballard which is in southeastern quadrant of Roswell New Mexico. This horrific incident happened at family gathering! 

 Some gas pumps in Roswell NM were damaged when a pickup truck, driven by Victor Barron, that was being chased by a Chaves County sheriff's deputy crashed into two pumps, creating a massive intensely hot blaze. Barron then escaped the scene leaving a  female Bell Gas station attendant with severe third degree burns. She was treated in Lubbock,Texas. Newspaper has not reported the state of her health.

What is crazy, is Victor's address is ALSO EAST BALLARD STREET. When the police caught up with this heartless punk, he called himself  David Duran visiting from the country of Old Mexico. I pray that the honest guy I know named David Duran does not suffer any bad publicity because of the actions of this lowlife!!  Somehow I am guessing Starla Nunez(arms crossed), HankTowsend, Allen Shanley,  Ashley Gaston and other real estate agents employed by Riley Armstrong(arms crossed) don't pass out many of their business cards in that part of town. Century 21 and RichLand Motors., like many businesses, did their best to leverage COVID-19 crisis in a fashion that would produce favorable advertisements. 

The boss of Richland Motors did a "gag me  please" radio spot about how he felt sooo sorry for all the people who could not assemble in churches, trying to bond with them so they would buy an overpriced vehicle!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
