Southeastern New Mexico Columnist Could NOT be happier about Governor's Corona Virus BLUNDER

How does that saying go about absolute power corrupts? 

Esteemed newspaper columnist Rick Wolfert is happier than a Pig in mud after an "Unusual transaction" reported by an Albuquerque NM Jeweler! 

Governor Grisham's well compensated spokeswoman Nora Meyers Sackett compromised whatever integrity she possessed when she stated to the press   that An employee of the JEWELER  left the gaudy JEWELRY outside her home and a personal friend of the governor’s went there to pick it up and deliver it to the governor!!!!  Nora also claimed "good safe process was followed". That is cool Nora. Now make sure ALL Duke City folks can have a piece of this process too!!!!

So that means our liberal leader, who aspires to be Biden's running mate, requested that jeweler have an employee go out of their way to pick up nonessential item at a closed establishment AND then drop it off at the governor's residence, a process the average citizen would NOT BE ABLE TO EFFECT!!

Roswell native Wolfert, almost boasting about his COVID predictions in his widely read article, sized up Governor's true nature and goals quite well.

    I think your you are confusing Rick with somebody else. The Wolfert I know runs a Sewer and Drain Cleaning business. A little expensive, but he stands by his work. Better than standing in it HaHAhahaha LOL.

    His crew made a mistake, but came back, like in 15 minutes, and fixed the issue. Highly recommended!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
