High End Professional Surprising Behavior on Commercial Flight

A cardiologist, who has made some minor breakthroughs treating the lethal microscopic killer among us, does not seem to be aware of the legal precept referred to as expectation of privacy.

Ethan Weiss took a picture of a passenger section on a United flight that had not adhered to its own announced policy regarding social distancing. A number of passengers on flight including a few perturbed masked passengers had their annoyed gazes fixed on the San Francisco medical professional as he invaded their fourth amendment protected right.

Aggressive civil rights attorney Mark Litwak would probably jump at this opportunity if contacted by one of the aggrieved United Airlines customers. Even though the masks afford some level of anonymity, one still has to question the judgement of presumptuous Doctor.

Maybe a guy with a God Complex after saving so any lives feels like he has more social Cart Blanche? A fair speculation in my view!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
