Spoiled Rotten Americans could use a strong dose of Martial Law about Now

Fear of Aliens or fear of ignorant citizens who threaten State Police for enforcing the governor's stay at home orders and public health orders. New Mexico of the United States of America has had multiple reports of State Police being verbally accosted in multiple public venues. Roswell Sheriff, Mike Herrington, is experiencing a lot of stress trying to suppress unruly and boisterously aggressive gatherings of arrogant, crass and angry people who are pissed off they can't go to church or reopen their small business to the public.

Communist  PATRICK J. KIGER seems to believe Martial Law is the next step in battling dumb and foolish masses of inbred New Mexicans who do not get how deadly and infectious Corona virus is!!   Geoffrey Corn intelligently points out that if people continue to ignore civil law by not wearing masks or assembling in large numbers, then martial law including use of FORCE will be employed!!!  Some are starting to believe the only message the defiant mobs of people will understand is getting gunned down in the street by the invocation of martial law. 

Was shocked to hear the ignorance level displayed by Law Professor William C. Banks regarding using military force to suppress uprisings by brain dead civilians who don't wear masks or practice social distancing. Rational minded Republicans agree that if civil authority continues to be ignored by spoiled and stupid Americans, then a military takeover will be inevitable and necessary!!!!

Even Ross Clark does not seem to get that Draconian measures are required to stem the tide and spread of this horrible outbreak!!  Peter Beinart has done an excellent job of expounding on the hopeless state of the liberal mindset during this pandemic.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
