What be the fortune of fortune cookie robbers?

YOUTube icon  Katie Fisk published some work catching a bird in the act of stealing a fortune cookie. So, of course, birds do not adhere to the same moral code as humans and cannot be faulted for acquiring sustenance by grabbing it and flying off.

The same cannot be said for the overweight blonde woman you see in the picture below.

The Asian waitress passing by the fortune cookie thieves seems to be aware that the lady and her daughter are stuffing the cookies into the right pocket of the blue jacket she is donning. So what does this say about the fortunes of one who rips off fortune cookies in this Thai food Roswell,NM restaurant?

    This is the well known Lemon Grass asian staple in alien city! I agree 100% with the review of Karlee G. from Sequin, Texas.

    This place was amazing!!! We were motoring through roswell and was looking for decent asian food and this was much better than expected. All my bros and sistas had the chicken rice soup, which was mucho delicioso, the orange chicken sauce tasted very fresh, the combination chow mein was sooooo damn tasty, and the chicken fried rice was excellent!! Will definitely a future stop go there again!!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
