No Offense intended, but Mexican kids are the worst when it comes to this

The following picture taken at a car wash near Comfort Suites Hotel in Roswell, New Mexico reminded  me of a rant I read at the straight dope bulletin board: I was at a large book store when a child running around unattended knocked my crutches right out from under me...not even a "excuse me" or "I'm sorry" there no respect and NO concern for the safety of the patrons of the establishment. This is the reason so many children are kidnapped.... the parents are NOT doing their part in keeping an eye out for their well being.
The sign you see near the female who is about to vacuum the back of her  SUV states: PARENTS, PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN.....NO RUNNING OR PLAYING. I only wish the signage would say you will not be allowed to use this car washing establishment if you can't control your little monkeys!

It is sad and pathetic these warning signs have to even be posted!! What happened to the days when parents were responsible for their children's behavior?!?!?

Bratty Unattended Kids are very frequently the offspring of Mexicans who don't mind inconveniencing the people around them and should understand that condoms could prevent this kind of annoyance. 

Lenore Skenazy wrote much more sensitively about free range children. Mechanical Engineer Tom Overton was more direct,but polite on dealing parents who don't give a crap about the people around them. 

Chef Mikka Luster has some great tips on avoiding confrontations between the parents of the 5 year old irritants and customers in grocery store, restaurant, bowling alley, movie theater, play, opera, etc.

Waitress Milly Stuchinski openly scolds frenetic kids and has only been in one fight with a parent.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
