Landlord Accused of cutting off WIFI

Jancey D. Quinitchette has played the role of professional victim quite well. Back in 2006 she claimed substandard section 8 code violations. Her fear of homelessness prevented her from going public regarding black mold she claims she found in Henderson rental property.

More recently she accused sexy  Elise Digraffenreidt(attractive in her soccer uniform) of being a  slumlord in  Guilford County which the elderly and famous female TV judge saw right through!
Jancey, a 54 year old black woman, lost court case to her 19 year old landlord where the court TV judge determined her unpaid rent should be paid back to landlord.

    Illegal Alien Holly Ondaan from Queens NYC was a renter from landlord Diana Lysius. Holly quit paying her rent and the landlord initiated eviction proceedings. Landlord was fined $17000 for reporting tenant to ICIS. Who wants to be landlord in NYC??!!! Ask Christina Goldbaum

      labels himself as Chief Landlordologist. He is also self designated a successful landlord for over a long time interval with multiple content to happy tenants and a profitable income property investment enterprise.

      However, we did find a New Mexican, who shall remain unnamed, who claims Mr Cozy did not refund the security deposit anywhere close to a fair. It was a $450 deposit. The tenant steam cleaned the carpet which was old. Lucas claimed the steam damaged the carpet leading to unraveling. Tenant stated that the carpet was already worn, stinky and in drastic need of replacement when tenant moved. This did not get noted on move in inventory draconian slum lords make you sign. Guy took it to small claims court and his wife got sick so he did not pursue it.

      Wife may have suffered a respiratory ailment from the nasty carpet that should have been replaced prior to move in ... JUST SAYING

      Been stuck in Roswell NM way too long. I make a ton of money in the oilfield of Permian Basin and that is the only reason I live in this Godforsaken dysfunctional place!!!!

      My girlfriend abandoned me cuz she could not fit it with the redneck ignorant fools who live here!! So I have a lot of time to read the newspaper on Sunday when I would normally be going to church with here. Shout out to Pastor Steve Cholak at the Lutheran church and sexy Reina Dinapole.

      So what is with this guy Rick Kraft who writes this article called just thinking? He never talks about Roswell. Just carries on like a dogmatic preacher. He never ever addresses issues with city counsel or anything the people of the city care about. Pastor Kraft just sounds off about whatever the hell he feels like and brags occasionally about some bullshit leadership program while MAKING OBSCENE PROFITS OFF OF PEOPLE GETTING DIVORCES!!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
