Hi,

I am reaching out to the community of online gamers to determine the well being of an online chess player who goes by the name of Brian Rugg when he plays. May not be his real name, but he gets really angry when he loses and disconnects which results in a forfeited game.

I know for a fact it is not the realtor or real estate agent broker who serves the vibrant Sun City Texas community. The gentlemen who can't control his temper and is a sore loser faces serious anger management issues and I could hook him up with some mental health professionals who could help diffuse his pent up frustration and anxiety. There fees for first time customers are more the reasonable.

So please help me to help this poor tormented soul who could use some spiritual edification. The holiday season is known to be a tough time for many and I would like to give Brian the Gift of concern!

    Canadian with ICC name of Tiriel also disconnects when he is getting his ass kicked. I have beaten him numerous times in Detroit

      Internet Chess Club veteran Aristoteles also prefers to disconnect when he is getting dominated rather than resign like a good sport should.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
