Arab accused of sexual assault in Conservative New Mexico town

An Arabic speaking barber in Roswell NM has been charged with having sex with a 16 year old female he asked to stay past working hours. The young teenage female agreed to enter a back room, away from public view, and hangout with the 31 year old male hair cutter.

The 16 year old woman signed an affidavit saying that Youness Bendib touched her against her will prior to committing sexual offenses.

Bendib was incarcerated in Chaves County Corrections Center based on the claims of a woman who willingly entered a private area of her own free choice. 16 year old women have high levels of libido and should not wreck the lives of men who are giving them what they want.

Let's hope public defender Jared Kallunki does his job well. I know there are laws in the United States that protect minors, but these same "innocent minors" should not tempt fate by dressing provocatively and then saying no in the "heat of passion"

    The Barber was exonerated and I hope the female was punished for smearing the Muslim's reputation. Lets not forget that 14 year old girls regularly get oral herpes from felatio with multiple partners.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
