When will it stop? Yet another female claiming she was raped by somebody famous. Kelli Tennant(Jen Selter Body) is filing a lawsuit against basketball coach Luke Walton. TMZ, in Sacramento, reports that Tennant went to Walton’s hotel room to discuss a book. Why didn't she meet him in a public place to discuss his promotion of her book? Why did she wait this long regarding the sexual tryst she stated happened in 2016?

Ask her former employer Sportsnet in Los Angeles about various similar incidents with their employees. It is high time judges consider punitive actions against career damaging frivolous litigation.

Now if Kelli can prove that Luke raped her, then he should be punished to the full extent of the law, otherwise she should be held accountable for this publicity stunt and disregard she has for Walton's well-being.

    This not another #metoo similar to Kirt Webster who probably did flaunt his power with his aggressive actions towards Austin Rick, who performed under the name Austin Cody.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
