Older Male School Teacher Attracted to Younger Woman
A common theme in romance if for a woman going through a devastating divorce to seek comfort from a trusted male co-employee who had hitherto been kept at "arms length". The male employee comes to be sexually attracted to the younger female and then the switch flips when the female characterizes the older man's actions as creepy and even sinister.

The hard part about all this is not knowing if the older man and younger woman had a healthy collegial relationship before all the drama commenced. It seems like the female's nosey friend wanted to interpret "you go girl" as some sort of sexual advance. Confusing because it is hard to know if the female was attracted to the male at the beginning of relationship or whether it was just an unwanted advance by a lonely old man from the get go.
