Action against Grant City restaurant Proprietor COMPLETELY justified

 Dear Keith McAlarney (The Mac behind the EGREGIOUS  violator of COVID policy Mac’s Public House),

So you are just trying to take care of your family you whined and bellyached on national news? When taking care of your family involves creating a hot zone micro cluster in your Grant City restaurant, then you need to be arrested AND YOUR ESTABLISHMENT SHUT DOWN!! 

You were stupid enough to post a sign on your premises indicating you would not adhere to any rules and regulations enforced by the Mayor of NYC and Governor of NY State. You cluelessly proclaimed your virus breeding ground was an autonomous zone immune from prosecution. 

Look where it got you and your patrons who have no respect for NYPD and law enforcement in general. If you were not such a prick, I would feel sorry for you being a businessman trying to make ends meet and all.  

That damn liquor license is expensive ain't it Keith. That 10% bond fee for your quite justified arrest is no small chunk of change. You got what you deserved after flouting all the rules being the cause of untold deaths and suffering, who gives a CRAP about you and your family!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
