Car Dealership CFO running for city council

The following advertisement in a South Eastern New Mexico newspaper urges readers to vote for Ed Heldenbrand two days before election day. The ad did not indicate what position the chief financial officer for the Krumland Auto Group was running for, nor did it indicate he works for the Toyota dealership on the Ruidoso Highway.

This writer would like to inform those interested that Ed is running for city council, and to note that another CPA named Katie Lollar paid for the ad requesting folks show up to the voting locations to cast their's for Ed.

His campaign slogan is the vague and positionless "A New Voice for a Growing Roswell". I guess that means the Mayor would like to see him elected to the Ward 2 councilor seat. Also, Roswell voters need to question why the mayor wants to build the security complex on private land(costing property tax payers $35 MILLION DOLLARS). Is the mayor friends with land holders where security complex would be constructed at 2nd and Garden or is it more connected to the fact that the little girl died in a house fire in that part of the city? Just connect the dots about a proposed new fire department in that part of town. Do you think the east side of town might show up to vote on this one?

Also in the that same newspaper was an advertisement about a home referred to as "custom built" at 18 Positano Loop. We were casually interested in this home listed around $300,000 which is a beautiful 4 bedroom home that current owners have improved a bunch since it was built back around 2010 I think. They do a great job at Xmas and Thanksgiving with their yard decorations.

I did want to point out that the home was built by the French Brothers of Alamogordo who did NOT build any custom homes, to my knowledge, in Roswell. This is certainly not a criticism of the quality of all the homes in the COMPLETELY FULL Sorrento Subdivision! If we could afford it, we would give the homeowners 300K, and hope the new owners kick ass during the Holidays so we can keep driving through the subdivision when we need our spirits lifted!! Will miss how they present their cozy abode!!!!

It many have been at Zillow where I read the home was advertised as custom built.
