Turn down that damn Jam Box
The great state of Ohio prosecuted a case that many home owners tracked on the edge of their seats. The age old problem of loud and inconsiderate neighbors along with uncooperative police officers who WILL NOT TAKE action against disruptive residents even when a new born baby's sleep is at stake!!
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney John Kosko of Cuyahoga County was aware of Terrance Hough's expertise with handguns. Moreover, this same lawyer knew the irate and and pissed off home owner could not stand his scofflaw neighbors, the Feichtners who ignored Hough and his wife who were very angry at the party animal basketball players who had no regard for the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
Also Reverend Neil Walters, a venerated man of the cloth in the Cleveland area, knew patriarch Hough was at his boiling point with rage.
Producer of this investigative TV program, Sasha Tolstoy, did not seem to properly empathize with a family who was fed up with the boisterous and disrespectful next door neighbors. Mr Hough slaughtered most of them after the fireworks of a July 4rth celebration. He got locked up for life and I maintain the inattentive police force of Cleveland should be held partially accountable.
Hough and his wife should not be forced out their domicile because of the public nuisance created by their next door neighbors. Hough was justly incarcerated for life for the murder the family, but the police and the deceased pushed him to the limit and should have been more respectful or they would still be alive.
