LIBURTON WTF

This is not really a rant because it it GREAT NEWS for southeastern New Mexico for towns like Carlsbad, Artesia, Hobbs and Roswell. They are becoming like little Odessas!  The picture you see below illustrates just how fast and crowded these small towns have become. Oilfield workers are paying a lot of money to rent high end properties in areas like the Sorrento Subdivision built up by the French Brothers based in Alamogordo. Some of their properties have increased in value over 30%

The "LIBURTON"  white pickup 13023317 truck you see, USDOT 126693 Houston Texas is so damn busy drilling for oil and gas that they have not had time to repaint the Halliburton logo!

I just wish those builders out of Alamogordo would build more worker housing that may not be that temporary. I think it was an article by David E. Rosenbaum regarding Dick Cheney that spoke of the potential of the oil and gas reserves in the dirt poor state of NM. I know Roswell and Artesia are tickled pink about an influx of lodger tax receipts and the overall stimulation of the economy.

There are some slum lords in Alien City, so be cautious!

    Yup cheating landlords are quite common in Roswell,NM. Don't let your precious oilfield employees live at Pueblo de Chamisa Apartments.

    Owner is a Slum Lord. She laughs in your face if you request a repair in a derelict structure there are MANY CITY BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS!. If you complain she will find a BOGUS way to evict you. Children are not allowed to play in the courtyard. Cars get damaged AND VANDALIZED by LOWLIFE students from the nearby high school. The cockroaches should pay rent because they are all over the place!!!

    Also venomous black recluse spiders have been spotted. Could not understand why Bianca Bouslaugh gave the place such a good review. Maybe she was one I could hear screaming through the paper thin walls having rough sex with her well endowed Black boyfriend. It may have been another loud screamer than her.

    So you are from Rsswell? I know it is a small town so maybe you know a whiner named Richard E. Bradfute. He is banker who loves Bitcoin at JP Stone bank. This bank has been slaughtered by Rocket Mortgage and is fighting to stay afloat.

    Richard was crying his heart out in local newspaper cuz he believes every business is essential. He sounds intelligent, but he is just interested in high interest loans to the owners of those "Essential businesses"

    He sounds like a guy trying to foment a revolution, but is just another little guy screaming really hard at a state governor who is ensuring nobody else gets sick!!!!!

    Yup Mr Bradfute, ya gonna have to live on your knees for quite awhile it appears or call other ignorant people to arms! Good luck with those cryptocurrencies dude!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
