South Carolina Judical system in Toilet

In the old west, if you stole or killed a man's horse you might hang by the neck until death. I would have expected a similar fate for James Laverne Lowery who killed 300,000 chickens in South Carolina.

James Laverne Lowery overheated and cut off the ventilation in the chicken coups of for profit chicken farm grower Sonny Nguyen. The affable Vietnamese dude patiently waited for justice for the inhumane treatment of his beloved slaughtered chicken harvest at the hands of a lowlife business competitor.

Chicken killer Lowery was allowed to walk away from it all as a free man. American justice at its finest!!???


Many thanks to Ann Marie Rubin, Jean Willoughby, May Jones, Yusef Audeh et al for daily reminding Lowery that he has no place to turn and should be sentenced to death by hanging for screwing with an honest man's source of livelihood.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
