Cartons of Cigarettes and Windshield Wiper Fluid

There is a gas station named Murphy Express, near our summer home, in Roswell NM United States of America with all its US flags attached big ole trucks and waving in the front yards of boundless rednecks.

Below you will see a for sale display full of cartons of cheap Pyramid Cigarettes(price $59.19) and wiper fluid.


So my big complaint is why does this gas station make it so easy for truck drivers and other cross country motorists to purchase the cancer sticks?!!! The Liggett Group, based in Mebane, North Carolina has a massive, well scaled distribution chain to make these tar laced smokes way too easy to purchase.

A damn carton of this potentially lethal fag(British for cigarette) contains 10 packs each containing 20 nicotine saturated cigarettes! US makes it too easy for its citizens to kill themselves!!!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
