Rumblin, bumblin, Stumblin and Prevaricating

Was quite disappointed to see Rumblin', Bumblin', Stumblin" Chris Berman now an "advocate" of the auto maintenance insurance company CarShield.

House with Bride consumer advocate James Davis writes of the may many ripoffs and scams perpetrated on trusting customers. CarShield has many more negative reviews than good ones. Their customer service is dismissive and rude.

Do not buy into the bullshit  that CarShield will  fill in the GAP after manufacturer warranty has expired!!

Chris was a great sports commentator! HE COULD GO ALL THE WAY, but the old man is trying to monetize his fading name recognition. Don't be suckered, duped, or deceived. Do not be fooled by their Diamond service package. Their customer support did not even know what their most expensive service plan entailed and their 24/7 roadside emergency phone number was busy for around an hour when we got stranded in the snow recently states one very pissed off customer!

  1. Travarvis Edwards, who is a respected and honest online reviewer, stated CarShield is a ripoff.

Car shield is a scam. They do not uphold promises they make over the phone. They auto draft your credit card or bank account every month. I am so disappointed with my investment in this company. My car has been at the mechanic for 13 days with no resolution on whether CS will pay for it! They claim they will pay for your rental car but what they fail to tell you is that you have to front the bill, and IF they approve the repair of your vehicle, you MAY be compensated. I have spent hundreds of dollars on a rental that I am still in until my car is fixed. The CS phone rep in charge of my claim does not respond to emails and does not return phone calls. To make it more screwed up and irritating, Car Shield is not a company in itself; it has other companies that contract with them. Do not WASTE your time or money—big mistake. Please reply here if you also have had complaints, problems, or an other type of issues or negative reviews. Class action suits only need 10 signatures according to my lawyer

I doubt if Christopher Berman gives a rat's ass about the truth here. He is probably making around 10 Grand per commercial while us poor guys are getting horrible service!!
