Huge Pickup Truck Blocking entrance to Thai Restaurant

Every time we are in Roswell,NM we stop off at Lemon Grass Thai food restaurant on South Main Street. Today sucked because a huge pickup truck was dangerously parked near the Main Street entrance parking lot of this excellent Asian scarfing establishment!

The truck was a company vehicle owned by United Enterprise Builder's, Inc. which does work for Defense, Government and public interior contractors. As you can see the driver of the business vehicle was too lazy to properly park the truck leaving the tail gate portion jutting way out into the parking lot making it difficult for restaurant patrons to enter and dine at one of the finest eating establishments in Roswell.

One car was almost rear ended due to having to slow down enough to get around the poorly parked truck. A police officer drove by and noticed, but did not take the time to stop and issue a much deserved parking citation.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
