A Pornographer's Nightmare

This photograph of Elenka Bikar's perfectly formed and evolved ass was obtained legally and apparently with the permission of the Slovenian female track star as she was warming up at a track meet. Her tush is big, sexy, muscular enabling her to run 100 meters faster than any Male high school track star. Elenka has settled down to a comfortable married life and I wonder if she has any trouble with paparazzi reporters due to her world famous bum. Her ass has to be in anybody's top 10 list and is probably the number one ass of all time. Prior to her marriage, I believe she dated an NBA athlete and really enjoyed her single life. Black men are known to be super attracted to white women with big round butts, so I bet Elenka had some intense red hot one night stands with the black men who watched her run.

 The pornography industry has, no doubt, lost millions of dollars to young males venting their libido viewing a free picture of her perfect figure instead of paying for provocative pictures and videos of porn stars for hire. So, not that I feel too sorry for the porn industry, but sexy female track stars who fill the fantasies of horny men worldwide are shaving their profits. Also, what if that tattoo on her right shoulder had been engraved just above that perfectly curved big rump spilling out of the blue shorts? Can't you just hear those pornographers screaming?

    This is a crazy connection, but did you hear about the lawsuit where a landlord was using a tenant's WiFi to surf child porn? They traced it back to the tenant and he was charged with child trafficking, distributing the worst of all porn smut!

    Also a lot of new teachers employed by RISD Roswell NM rented a multi bedroom home from someone named Longmire if my memory serves me correctly. Wet to damp carpet, musty moldy smell, excessively high rent, hot water heater that did not always work. They all moved out and reported landlord to better business for dereliction of duty and breach of contract I believe

    Perhaps Angela Colley wrote the best article on battling negligent and derelict landlords who charge unreasonably high rent while not maintaining the property and even creating hazardous and life threatening living conditions.

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Gas stations doing this are in violation of some law. Not many of have the time to file a lawsuit against gas

Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
