Snuff: Worse than cigarettes?

There has been a great deal written about parents who encroach on public land for the purpose of memorializing a child who has died in an automobile or motorcycle crash. In fact, roadside memorials are illegal in most states including New Mexico USA.

Chris Raymond writes authoritatively on the subject indicating that he understands the needs of the grieving family members to favorably remember a kid who died due to careless drunk driving possibly killing others whose families sometimes demand damages for vehicular homicide cause of death.

The family of Dakota M. Moore used solar-powered lights to illuminate a White Cross for viewing by passing motorist on Highway 70 between Ruidoso and Roswell. We observed a vehicle swerving in front of us, on our way back to Midland Texas, distracted by the light that the Moore family erected on public land. I have also heard that welders use smokeless tobacco more than the general population.

The righteous perish,
    and no one takes it to heart;
the devout are taken away,
    and no one understands.

I have always struggled to understand the meaning of this biblical passage. It was a favorite of a Sunday School teacher we briefly knew from Loving. Descansos or spontaneous memorialization is understandable as a way to erase the tragic death of a beloved offspring, but it is illegal in most places for a reason. OBEY THE LAW.

Norton, Massachusetts allows the building for roadside memorials for ONLY 30 days and will destroy them if family members do not disassemble and remove in that mandated time frame.

Vanessa Beanland & Rachael A. Wynne did an excellent job of delineating why the illegality of spontaneous roadside memorials is a must.

      Large mounds of stuffed animals and crosses and balloons and flowers, pictures, crucifixes when someone perisheds in a car accident really just pissed me off and I HATE PEOPLE that litter the interstate roadways with illegal markers of where their drunk kid died.
      The people making them are literally are creating piles of trash on the road side, sometimes it even goes on to block sight lines at complicated intersections making them even more dangerous. There is healthier ways to deal with your grief that doesnt involve abandoning piles of junk on the road ways. Ive specifically told my friends and family not to do that crap if I die in a car wreck or something. Since I have only one friend that did not take long!!

      Bud Wilkinson wrote about a kid who was masturbating while driving and they found half his cock in the glove box still dripping with sperm and semen.
