Don't be fooled by a Third Party trying to "help you" collect your stimulus money.

 All, I have legitimate contact information for a scamster who uses the name "beverly shahir" to fraudulently help homeowners, immigrants, and Visa students collect their stimulus money from the United States government. 

Most US citizens already know that no third party is required for you to receive your stimulus money that our beloved new President has promised to deliver immediately. Nobody doubts that since Biden is one of the few high level politicians to have never told a lie. 

Please UNDERSTAND I am not saying somebody named Beverly Shahir is guilty of anything, only that a crook and ripoff criminal, using her name, is trying steal your precious stimulus check or debit card or direct deposit.

Please let me know if you would want to be party to a class action suit, because I have physical address of the person perpetrating this fraud.

    So perenial whiner Chaves County New Mexico resident Jeneva Martinez, the self-appointed investigative journalist of Roswell, snapped a picture of trash accumulating at the Railroad Avenue waste site early in July 2021 in the year of our Lord. County Manager Bill Williams is doing his best but bellyaching Martinez has complain like a spoiled Child!!. If you can't wait for completion of regional landfill woman, then move the HELL outa here!!!!

    We do appreciate how you have addressed the homeless problem here, but COVID is part of the reason trash problem is bad here with people all cooped up in their homes so please think twice before you try to make city officials look bad again!!!! God Bless

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
