One Inconvenient Bank

The picture you see below is a group of potential banking victims standing in queue. They are lined up at First Convenience Bank in Roswell, New Mexico United States of America. The two females at end of line are deeply absorbed with their smart phones oblivious to the excessive fees and charges that could beset them!


The marketing slogan for this bank located adjacent to Walmart checkout lines is YOUR TIME IS PRECIOUS. What that really means is that the bank will sign you up for an account real quick without disclosing how much they charge you for overdrafts etc. The only thing precious to this institution is upping their bottom line by imposing exorbitant fees on their valued customers.

An Assistant  Manger at bank in San Antonio, TX stated the employee turnover is through the roof and Branch Manger will follow people around in store to drum up more business.  Another customer in Amarillo states they closed his account arbitrarily because they could not charge him enough fees! In other words, he was a good boy and they wanted to replace his honest account with somebody they could charge a lot of fees to. They change their fee policies weekly it seems. Customer service is pathetic with your time is precious customers getting hung up on by rep after waiting 45 minutes!!!!!

    It is hard to even imagine employee advocate Dustin McKissen having anything pleasant to say about the scummy deceptive practices of this bank. As a Saint Charles resident, I speak highly of of him and regard his ward 7 city council run as a way to clean things up!

The Clerk has your Gasoline Receipt

How many times on a cold or rainy day have you gotten the following message at the gas pump indicating you have to enter the convenience store in order to pick up your receipt for gasoline purchase? The last thing anybody wants to see from a credit card purchase gas pump is a message stating that the clerk has the receipt! On this particular day, I was already late to pick up our daughter from day care and did not have time to walk into AllSups to pick up receipt from the convenience store attendant. Did I say CONVENIENCE store!? I think many roadside convenience stores intentionally do not reload the receipt paper rolls in order to force customers into their establishment. Once inside, customer may buy a lottery ticket, cigarettes, beer, condom, etc. Many patrons need the gas receipts either to be reimbursed by their employer or for their IRS tax itemization. Homeowner's Tree dangerously Blocking Stop Sign

 As I far as I know code enforcement has contacted the female you see in the picture below regarding a huge front yard tree that is blocking a stop sign at a busy four way intersection.  She would be in violation of laws dealing with obstructing traffic signs in any other city. She resides at 113 West Deming Zip code 88203 in Roswell New Mexico. You can see how dangerous her uncut and untrimmed huge tree is at the corner of South Richardson and Deming in the picture below. I am sure she has received a lot of stimulus money as well as unemployment payments from Uncle Sam so I know she has the cash to cover the costs of cutting the hazardous tree down to size!! I worked for code enforcement in Midland Texas and they would have warned this homeowner once and the then fined her for neglect and threatening the general welfare of the public.
